About this bundle

Clear Whey gives you 25.8 g of protein per fresh serving. Protein contributes to the growth of muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

The Multi Vitamin covers your daily basics with vitamins and minerals.

How to use it

With breakfast · Multi Vitamin: 2 tablets with water.

After training · Clear Whey: 1 scoop (30 g) in 300–400 ml cold water in your shaker.
