Ingredients

Whey protein isolate (rapeseed oil, antifoaming agent: silicon dioxide), flavouring, sweetener (sucralose).

Recommended use

Mix 30 g (1 1/2 scoop) with 400–600 ml cold water in a shaker. Shake well for 20–30 seconds and let it rest for 1–2 minutes to allow the foam to settle.
