No. You mix it with water, not milk, and it turns into a clear, light drink. After shaking, wait a minute for the foam to settle.
Does it contain sugar?
A serving contains 0.03 g of sugars. It is sweetened with sucralose.
Does it contain lactose?
Clear Whey is made from milk and contains less than 0.1 g of lactose per 100 ml of prepared drink. It contains milk, so it is not suitable if you are allergic to milk.
