About this bundle

Made for the heavy days. Lean Protein is a classic, creamy whey shake with 22 g of protein per serving. Protein contributes to the growth of muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

The neon pink wrist wraps support your wrists on presses, the lifting straps keep your grip on deadlifts, rows and shrugs.

How to use it

Wrist wraps go around your wrists for support on pressing movements. Lifting straps go around the bar so your grip holds on heavy pulls. This set has both.

Water or milk for Lean Protein?
