Elastic nylon with a thumb loop and adjustable hook-and-loop closure. One size.

How to use

Put the thumb loop over your thumb, wrap the material around your wrist and close it with the hook-and-loop closure. Adjust the tension so it feels firm but comfortable.

Check the wraps regularly and replace them when worn.
